About Glenn C. Smith:
I am a resident of Admiral Heights, in the heart of Annapolis, a business owner, a community leader & a Realtor, I specialize in residential & investment properties in Anne Arundel County & the Chesapeake Bay Area.
After receiving my Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University, I spent over 15 years with The Williams Companies working in various Midwest locations serving the energy industry. I left the oil business to start my own consulting firm and shortly thereafter moved to Annapolis, the only city I ever chose to move to, and have lived here for the last 20 years.
I was initially attracted to Real Estate because of an investment opportunity. That investment opportunity led me to Real Estate as a business venture – I already knew I loved Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay area.
With great entrepreneurial spirit, I expanded my investment venture, which now includes listing and selling residential property through an association with Anne Arundel Properties.
